Protein Yam Pancakes

Ingredients

6oz yams
6 egg whites
25g Isolate Protein
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp stevia

Instructions

Heat yams in microwave on high 2 – 3 mins.
Combine in blender – yams, egg whites, protein, cinnamon, stevia – blend until creamy
On stove top skillet cook like normal pancake.
Yields 2 – 3 small pancakes
Top with berries, agave, peanut butter etc…

Totals: 320 calories- 50g protein, 30g carbs
