Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Frosty


½ cup crushed iced
½ cup water
1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein
4-6 drops Liquid Stevia
1 tablespoon PB2 (peanut flour)
¼ teaspoon (just under level) xantham gum
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder


– Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute

Other Options

– Frappuccino – Switch iced water for iced coffee. I tend double the amount of stevia when I do this because the coffee is very bitter.
– Peppermint Frappuccino ¬– use peppermint stevia instead
– Caramel Frappuccino – add 2 tablespoons Walden’s Caramel Syrup- do not add extra stevia because the Caramel Syrup is sweet enough to flavor the coffee.
– Vanilla Frosty – Use Vanilla Protein and do not add cocoa powder
– Peanut Butter and Jelly Frosty- Use Vanilla Protein and add 2-3 tablespoons of Walden’s Calorie free strawberry or grape jelly.
