Ingredients

8oz of Almond or coconut milk
3oz ice cubes
Scoop of protein powder
1 TBS of flax seeds
1 TBS of almond butter
Cinnamon, stevia (optional)

Directions

– All ingredients into a blender for about 30 seconds, add more ice for a thicker texture
– For additional flavors add your favorite fruits
